There are many ways to well-being. If you include at least some of eight ways outlined here into your day you will feel better, physically and mentally.

Stay active

Achieve balance

Balance is about ensuring that all aspects of life are given the proper attention. The objective is to make sure that one or more aspects do not fully dominate to the detriment of others.
