There are many ways to well-being. If you include at least some of eight ways outlined here into your day you will feel better, physically and mentally.
It is good to note that all of these ways to well-being are about being more and not about having more.

Connect with family, friends, colleagues, neighbours and even strangers. Think of these as the cornerstones of your life and invest time in developing them. Balance is about ensuring that all aspects of life are given the proper attention. The objective is to make sure that one or more aspects do not fully dominate to the detriment of others.
