Well-being
Well-being is when we feel a positive quality of life experience. Well-being is the state of being healthy, safe, and happy. The study of well-being aims to discover and promote the factors that allow individuals and communities to thrive. But what is well-being? For the sake of explanation, well-being can be classified into six aspects.
These are physical, intellectual, social, vocational, emotional and inner well-being. Our well-being section describes these six aspects and offers ways to enhance them in a holistic system of wellness. We make it clear that well-being is not about how much you have; having too much is counter-productive. After you have sufficient material wealth, which is surprisingly low, well-being comes from intrinsic satisfactions such as relationships, health and exercise, creativity, personal development and meaningful endeavours.
